By accessing or using the MelodyAI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use MelodyAI to:

• Generate music or lyrics using AI
• Save and export audio files
• Explore trending music
• Share or download your creations for personal use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you may be required to create an account or log in with a supported identity provider (e.g., Google, Apple).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

AI Innovators is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

MelodyAI offers auto-renewing subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to our Subscription Terms, including billing, cancellation, and refund policies.

5. Generated Content & Ownership

You retain the rights to the prompts you provide and the outputs you create using MelodyAI, except where prohibited by law or third-party terms.

However:

• AI-generated music may be based on publicly available datasets and could resemble existing works.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute generated content.
• AI Innovators does not guarantee copyright originality of outputs.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Upload content that is obscene, violent, or infringes on intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app's AI systems
• Resell, redistribute, or exploit the app for commercial gain without written permission

Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All app code, logos, branding, and design are the intellectual property of AI Innovators and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

MelodyAI may use third-party APIs and services such as OpenAI, Firebase, or AWS. Your use of the app is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Innovators is not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or revenues
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Content generated or shared through the app

11. Modifications to the Terms

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MelodyAI if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
